What do you call it when someone forgets they are a treasure in the world? When they forget they are divinely connected, valuable and loved? How do you describe the feeling of disconnection from your true nature? Is it stress? anxiety? depression? overwhelm? And how do you find your way back to feeling love, appreciation, and hope?
The programs of Jewels in Nature provide a path for remembering, recovering, and discovering life’s treasures. Our Art of Wandering programs offer nature as the therapist, with a certified guide to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and open pathways of connection between your physical experience and spiritual self. Our Art of Movement classes provide a slightly different experience, where guided and freestyle body movements become the path for releasing thoughts and allowing access to a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Jewels in Nature programs are not intended as traditional therapy, although they can enhance it. They are created with the understanding that individuals are the expert in their own lives. That everything we need to feel connected and loved is within us. We consider it a privilege and honor to be a companion for others on this path.
At Jewels in Nature, I've been guiding individuals and groups on a transformative journey for over 9 years. Specializing in Nature and Forest Therapy and Mindful Movement, I help dedicated individuals uncover the root causes of their anxiety, stress, and depression. Through connecting Spirit, mind, and body with the aid of mindfulness, I empower them to change their lives for good.
Jewels in Nature offers unique and individualized Group Mindfulness sessions that can be used for Team Building/bonding, Retreats, Trauma Centers, Recovery Centers, Family Bonding, Girls Trips etc.

Forest therapy, also known as forest bathing or shinrin-yoku, is a practice that involves immersing oneself in a natural forest environment to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Originating in Japan, forest therapy emphasizes mindfulness and sensory awareness while spending time in nature. Participants engage in activities such as walking slowly, deep breathing, meditation, and observation of the natural surroundings. Research suggests that forest therapy can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, boost immune function, and improve mood. It offers a way to disconnect from the demands of modern life and reconnect with nature for overall health and relaxation.
